Participants will also gain soft skills such as communication, collaboration and problem solving, plus technology and digital skills that will help them secure gainful employment. Participants and employers will also take part in interactive onboarding workshops to align participant skills with the employer’s workplace challenges.

At the end of the program participants will gain a certification, along with 12 weeks of hands-on work experience that will upgrade their skills and help them adopt a growth mindset, discover career pathways and improve their work readiness.

Where is F.U.N. taking place?

While the Accelerated Skills Training will be delivered virtually, participants may be asked to work either remotely or on-site depending on the employer and the Covid-19 prevention measures in effect.
