Success Stories
The biggest skill that I've learned is just how to be more of a critical thinker. I am now able to look at a problem from all angles and come up with a solution that fits. I think in terms of, not only the hard skills, but the soft skills of speaking up, really putting out ideas, and executing on projects and tasks. It definitely helped in terms of my work and understanding how to work with other people.
I've become more well rounded in my skill set which will help when collaborating with other departments in the future. Learning about marketing was especially useful because I can use what I've learned to collaborate easily with marketing departments and also use what I've learned to market my own projects.
