Work-integrated learning provides students with practical, hands-on experience, allowing them to grow and develop skills that they can take with them into the workforce with capability and confidence. WIL can refer to internships, apprenticeships, co-ops, practicums, experiential learning, practice-based learning, and many other forms of learning that emphasize hands-on skills development.
