We provide hands-on training for Learning & Development professionals and Employment Service Providers through webinars and workshops to give you the skills and knowledge to help your employees and job seekers accelerate their careers.
The Government of Canada identified nine skills crucial to Canadians’ success in work, learning and life. These skills are relevant to all industries and roles and support the long-term commitment to continuous learning in the labour market. Prepr has built upon this framework to develop training related to these skills optimized for individuals working in digital roles.
Enhance comprehension and reading skills to apply business information and technical texts.
Develop business writing skills for marketing, social media, email, and learn to use AI chatbots.
Understand complex data and apply it to budgeting, analyzing, and assessing market opportunities.
Confidently use digital tools for communication, problem-solving, and data analysis in today’s workplace.
Identify opportunities, overcome challenges, and solve complex problems through research, analysis, and informed decision-making.
Master clear communication by actively listening, understanding, and tailoring messages for team and business success
Learn an innovation framework to create, test, and evaluate new, unique ideas effectively.
Enhance teamwork by exploring collaboration methods, understanding workplace culture, and effectively using collaboration tools.
Learn agile principles to adapt plans, deliver consistent value, and persist through setbacks and changes.
Workshops are valued at $1500 per professional, and delivered at no cost to you and your organization! This project is supported in part by the Government of Canada – ESDC.
Webinars are available in both English and French and will provide an introduction to the Skills for Success framework and Prepr’s toolkit to help you understand how to bring Skills for Success to your employees or job seekers.
