Skills for Success is a Government of Canada initiative that defines nine essential skills Canadians need to succeed at work, in learning, and in life.

Building on the success of our original pilot, we evolved the program to meet emerging employer demands for AI literacy and workplace-ready innovation skills.
Skills for Success x GenAI integrates the foundational nine skill areas with targeted training in Generative AI (GenAI) tools and applications:
- Understand how to use AI to enhance communication, creativity, and problem solving
- Build digital adaptability for a world where AI is embedded into daily work
- Develop critical thinking around AI ethics, bias, and responsible innovation
