The Skills for Success Toolkit is designed to help organizations plan, design, and deliver training programs rooted in the Government of Canada’s Skills for Success framework and Prepr’s learn-by-doing approach to workforce development.

Through a guided lab and six practical challenges, the Toolkit walks you through:

  • Developing learner profiles and targeted learning objectives
  • Designing experiential, hands-on activities that foster real-world skill development
  • Creating personalized, engaging learning experiences
  • Planning logistics, delivery strategies, and implementation for success

Alongside the Toolkit, Prepr offers a growing Community of Practice via our Workforce Development Platform where organizations, facilitators, and HR leaders can:

  • Share insights and experiences
  • Access new resources and challenges
  • Get support in designing and delivering effective Skills for Success training programs
  • Collaborate on continuous improvement and innovation
