What is the Flexible Upskilling Network program?

Our Flexible Upskilling Network (F.U.N.™) program is a blended learning experience that combines valuable work experience with accelerated digital skills training. The objective of the F.U.N.™ program is to support youth facing employment barriers by helping them to develop practical skills for the modern workforce as well as key soft skills like communication, collaboration, and problem solving.

Animation: the P.I.E.® Framework.

Prepr uses its signature P.I.E.® method in order to train the participants in Project Leadership, Innovation, and Entrepreneurship while exposing them to real world business challenges. In addition to supporting the development of resume ready technical and digital skills, Prepr partners with employers in order to provide or program graduates with a paid internship opportunity.

Who is F.U.N.™ for?

The program assists youth between the ages of 18 and 29 who are looking for work or are ready to take on a unique digital challenge.
