Dana MacCauley is an innovator and director of New Venture Creation at the University of Guelph, where she enabled agri-food innovators to transform their inventions into innovations that grow the economy.
Glen Young is an organic farmer and the proud owner of Cold Spring Organics. He started farming after learning the benefits of regenerative agriculture as a possible solution to local food supplies.
