Another friend to the Prepr ecosystem and volunteer mentor to our F.U.N. program participants, Chris Gostling’s 23 year long career journey took him from the trenches of graphic design, to figuring out how to build his own marketing agency, to learning how to be a leader of great teams.

Along the way he picked up a lot of expertise that accelerated him along his career path as he learned by doing, arriving at the understanding that despite industry buzzwords and a litany of role-related hats that he’d worn, his professional value was really about getting better at asking the important questions.
