In just a few steps, you can:

• Identify Your Skills: In just a few clicks, highlight your skills, either by uploading your resume or entering them manually during the onboarding process. The more skills you input, the better our recommendations.
• Select Your Dream Job: Choose your desired job from a list of similar options, and we’ll provide insights into the skills required for each role.
• Discover Labs and Challenges: For each job, we’ll show you the Labs, Challenges, and Resources needed to succeed. Even if you’re not a perfect match, we’ll pinpoint the missing skills and guide you on how to acquire them.

The Career Explorer isn’t just for individuals—it’s a valuable tool for employers too, aiding in candidate evaluation and succession planning.
