The study found that AI can boost promotion efficiency by enabling automated ad buying, personalizing customer’s online experiences and serving users with targeted recommendations. Today the average worker can’t scale or adapt quick enough to the large demand of the digital native consumer. Retail AI can learn about customers, their preferences, and their behaviour to get to know them. In the coming years, targeted ads and personalization in the retail space will become the new norm.
